Why Homeowners Switch

You've been burned
by a roofer before.

Almost everyone has. Here's what goes wrong, and the way we do it instead.

“They never showed up.”
Instead

We answer the phone, and the truck is in your driveway when we say it will be.

“The price changed at the door.”
Instead

Every estimate is written, photo-documented, and itemized. The number you sign is the number you pay.

“They vanished when it leaked.”
Instead

Six local offices and a written workmanship guarantee. We still answer when your name is on the call list years later.

Anthony Schoen, Owner of Schoen's Roofing

“Our name is on every truck. That's not marketing. It's accountability.”

Who You're Hiring

Meet
Anthony Schoen

Schoen's started the way the best trades businesses do: one truck, one ladder, and a refusal to cut corners. Anthonybuilt this company on a simple promise, treat every roof like it's going over his own family's heads.

Today that promise runs through six offices across four states and a crew of people who'd rather lose a job than lie about what your roof needs. Manufacturer-certified, fully insured, and still small enough that the owner's phone number isn't hard to find.

Step 03

We Handle the Claim

Storm damage? We meet your adjuster on the roof and make sure the claim reflects the full scope.

Step 04

Clean, Fast Install

Manufacturer-certified crews, magnetic nail sweeps, and respect for your yard from start to finish.

Working with Anthony Schoen at Schoen's Roofing was hands down the best decision I could have made for my home. He didn't just sell me a roof, he went to bat for me with my insurance company, made countless calls, and pushed until I got the coverage I deserved. At one point, he even tracked down my insurance adjuster directly when they were dragging their feet, and I honestly don't think the project would have moved forward without him.

Schoen's did a great job with our new siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts. The crews they used were friendly, on time, and hard-working, very professional. They did beautiful work. Phil did an excellent job putting in the new windows! Foreman Brendan came out a few times to check on the work and answer any questions we had. Jeremy did a good job helping us choose what we needed and would look nice. Summer and Chelsea were very professional and nice when I spoke with them. Our home will look beautiful for a long time to come.

They were competitive on their pricing and offer the best warranty. They did a great job and were careful to pick after the job was completed. Dustin was very good at communicating and overseeing the job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them!

Roofing questions,

A full asphalt-shingle roof replacement on a typical Nebraska home runs roughly $9,000 to $22,000, depending on roof size, pitch, the number of layers being torn off, and the shingle line you choose. Architectural shingles from GAF or Owens Corning sit in the middle of that range; metal and premium systems run higher. If hail or wind damage is involved, insurance often covers most of the cost beyond your deductible, and we'll give you a free, written estimate specific to your roof.

Yes. Every inspection is free and there's no obligation. We get on the roof, photograph the shingles, flashing, vents, and gutters, and show you exactly what we found. Hail damage especially is easy to miss from the ground, and catching it early can save your roof years of life and make for a much smoother insurance claim.

We do it every week. We'll meet your adjuster on the roof, supply the photo documentation, and make sure the approved scope reflects the real damage. Our job is to advocate for a roof that's actually fixed right, not just patched to the minimum.

We run six offices: Beatrice, Nebraska City, and Hastings in Nebraska; Council Bluffs, Iowa; Salina, Kansas; and Kansas City, Missouri, plus all the towns in between. From Lincoln and Crete down through Marysville and out to Manhattan, if you're in our region we can be on your roof quickly.

Yes. Schoen's Roofing is fully licensed and insured, and we're a manufacturer-certified installer for the systems we put on, including GAF and Owens Corning. That certification is what lets us offer the extended material warranties most fly-by-night crews can't.

Most residential roof replacements are a one-day job. Crews arrive in the morning, tear off, dry-in, and install, then do a full magnetic nail sweep before they leave. Larger or steeper roofs and commercial low-slope systems can take two to three days. We'll give you a firm timeline before we start.
